ABOUT PARXET
Established in 1918, in the pretty coastal town of Tiana, this tiny Cava producer is all about quality. The big brands make as much in a morning as Parxet do in a year! Grapes are sourced partly from their own vineyards and partly from contracted growers in and around Alella.
Their Cava has been held in high esteem in the province ever since, and it is not hard to see why. It is vigorous, clean and stylishly packaged.
