This blend is primarily Verdejo, together with around 15% Sauvignon Blanc for added lift. It is delicately perky and exceptional fine, with most attractive mineral overtones
ABOUT CON CLASS
A first-rate family-run bodega owned by the Sanz family, the masters of the region. Young Ricardo Sanz is the heart and soul of this bodega.
The family has around 300 hectares of its own, 30% of which are over thirty years old, the rest of which between five and seven. Picking is undertaken at night and fermentation carried out in stainless steel, with judicious use of the lees to bring out varietal characteristics.
Con Class is made entirely from fruit grown in the Sanz's family's own vineyards.
